Background
P5 Solutions was born from one of the most successful operational and financial transformations that our industry has seen. In December 2017, P5 took over management of the APL Pier-300 terminal in Los Angeles, rebranding it as Fenix Marine Services. In four years time, the terminal was transformed, with almost every aspect of the site improved (facility layout, equipment, systems, management, power, financial reporting, safety, and culture), which resulted in an increase in the enterprise value from US$850Million to US$2.3Billion.

The management team responsible for that transformation, as well as for the day-to-day management of the facility, now makes up the core team of P5 Solutions (and its parent, P5 Infra). The P5 Team, each with over 20+ years of industry experience, has come together to help other operators with their own successes.
